In 2007, after 10 years working in the English teaching world, Philip Sassi, a native of Sunderland in northeast England, established The Alcaniz English House, with a handful of students. Since, then, the academy has grown to the point where it now offers courses not only for young children, but also for young people, parents, businesses, and students seeking their first qualification in English. Various students have attended our summer camps in Spain, and we expanded our offering to include stays in England in a residence or with a host family.

In September 2010, the academy moved to new facilities at Pasaje Belmonte de San Jose, 5, where it remains true to its philosophy of teaching modern and fun English, with student motivation at the heart of it.

At current period we have started focusing on Spanish Language course for Non-EU residence those have already in Spain and seeking for language skills improvement nearby.
