Refund policy
The refund policy of Alcaniz English House (AEH) is as follows
- Students have the right to cancel their course enrolment within 14 days of the course start date (“Cooling-Off Period”). During this period, a refund will be provided, subject to the cancellation fee.
- Course tuition fees will be refunded in case of visa refusal with a deduction of €100.00 handling charges. However, the registration fee (not included in tuition fees) €350.00 is non-refundable in any circumstance.
- Each course has its registration charge. To claim a tuition fee refund, the applicant must submit a signed refund claim form along with the visa refusal letter to admission@alcanizenglishhouse.es. No refund will be initiated without the applicant’s written consent.
- An applicant may submit a refund request form to the administrator. The applicant is responsible for including all necessary information in the form and returning it to the institution for processing. Upon receipt of the completed refund form at the administrative office we initiate the refund procedure. Our refund timescale is 4 weeks. Before initiating a refund, we verify the cause of refund request letter.
- Please note that this timescale may be extended if the verification takes longer than usual.
