Termination of enrollment

The college reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrolment if they fail to meet required attendance or financial obligations, engage in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour, or violate any of the college’s policies.

All payments to AEH Spain must be made in Euro. In case of a refund request, the refund will be processed strictly in Euro and will be equal to the amount originally received by the institute. The refund amount will not be adjusted based on any currency exchange rate fluctuations that may occur between the time of payment and the time of refund. Alcaniz English House will not bear any loss or gain due to exchange rate differences when transferring refunds to international accounts. The applicant shall bear any currency conversion charges or losses that arise due to differences in exchange rates.
