Cancellation due to majeure

A valid reason is accepted that includes serious illness or accident (of the student or a close family member), unexpected financial hardship that arises after enrollment, or any unforeseen professional or family obligations that make it impossible for the student to continue the course. In addition, extraordinary circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or global health emergencies like pandemics may also be considered grounds for cancellation and refund processing.
Each request will be carefully reviewed, and appropriate documentation or proof may be required to support the claim. Our goal is to ensure fairness and transparency while maintaining flexibility for genuine cases.
